WASTE PILE

Tips and Tricks
Turn up the first cards from the stock pile before making any moves. This increases the game options so you can choose the best move.
Whenever possible, try to build the cards of the same suit. In this way, you can move the groups of cards from one tableau pile to another.
Try to empty the tableau piles as quickly as possible. Empty columns can be used as temporary storage to rearrange sequences of cards in suit and to place Kings or other cards that obstruct movements.
Try to remove cards from the longest tableau piles and from piles with low numbers covered with many cards above.
Move cards to foundations if it is possible. Those cards are no longer useful on the tableau piles. If it is necessary, you can move cards from the foundations to the tableau piles again.
As a general rule, do not deal new cards from the deck if you can still make moves in the tableau piles.
